Our spacious plush locker rooms have both individual lockers and private changing rooms. Your comfort is top priority at Fit Zone.
At Fit Zone For Women® you have a large variety of exercise options everyday. Need a quick effective workout? You'll want to do the Nautilus for women 20 minute circuit training program. This is unique combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercises that will leave your heart pumping and your muscles toned. Need a group activity? You'll want to join in a Pilates, Yoga, Ball Blast, Step aerobics, body sculpting, or a total body workout class. With so many choices you'll never be bored. You can even watch and listen to your favorite television show on large screen TVs as you as you bun up those calories at Fit Zone's state-of-the-art cardiovascular training center.

As a member of Fit Zone you will work with your own fitness professional who will customize an exercise program designed to fit your needs and busy schedule. Our specially designed aerobic floor, made up of millions of air bubbles, absorbs impact and restores energy. This aerobic floor has an antibacterial surface that repels water and provides a non-slip surface. This specialized aerobic floor is another industry first for Fit Zone.

If you’re interested in keeping a healthy tan Fit Zone for Women offers unlimited tanning for only $10.00 per month. Fit Zone utilizes the HEX tanning system with twice the bulbs of ordinary tanning beds providing you a better tan in a shorter time.
