Volunteers Wanted for a Free 21 Day Fitness Study
We're seeking 48 volunteers to participate in a FREE 21-day Fitness Study!
  1. Female age 21 - 65
  2. Not currently exercising on a regular basis
  3. Will agree to follow a supervised 21-day program with moderate exercise for 30 minutes at least 2 times a week
  4. Will take a supervised fitness profile at the start and end of your 21-day program
  5. Do not need to be a current Fit Zone for Women member
